James J. “Mickey” McGuire is a lawyer whose trial practice areas include personal injury, business litigation, and estate litigation. In addition to trial practice, Mickey engages in estate probate and administration and business transactions including formation of businesses and sale and transfer of businesses and business assets.
Mickey is a lifelong resident of Maryland and has resided in Anne Arundel County since shortly after his birth. Mickey graduated from St. Mary’s High School. He attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, matriculating his junior year in Bologna, Italy. Mickey received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1994.
Mickey’s trial practice has included litigation before the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland.
Mickey has an AV peer rating and is included through peer evaluation in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
Mickey enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, and cooking.
